Event Cancellation Policy

All BPC registration refund requests must be made in writing. Full refunds will be accepted until 10 February 2025. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted after that date. Submit all requests to APMP Member Value Team at [email protected]. APMP regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than 17 February 2025. After that time, no refund considerations will be made.

Registration substitutions are gladly accepted. A substitution is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of approval by the registration holder. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.

The Croke Park Conference Centre is located in the heart of Dublin, offering a stunning setting for our event with easy access to the iconic Croke Park Stadium. Just a short distance from Dublin Airport and major attractions, it provides the perfect mix of convenience and rich cultural experiences, allowing attendees to explore the city's history and vibrant sites.

Right next door is The Croke Park Hotel, a luxury hotel ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Owned by the prestigious Doyle Collection, it's located near top Dublin venues such as the 3Arena and Dublin Zoo. The hotel's bar, restaurant, and heated outdoor terrace offer great spots to relax after the event.

APMP attendees can enjoy a special group rate €215 for single occupancy or €235 for double occupancy per night, which includes VAT (13.5%), a full Irish breakfast, complimentary parking, and Wi-Fi.
