BPC Nashville Call for Presenters

Thank you for your interest in presenting at BPC Nashville!

Submit your presentation idea for BPC Nashville using the form below. This year's forward-thinking conference will bring together industry experts, thought leaders, and innovators to share insights on the future of bids and proposals and what you need to do to stay ahead. We invite educational breakout sessions that explore innovative tools, processes, and strategies, and must remain vendor-neutral. Presentations should not promote specific companies or products.

Submissions will be evaluated anonymously, with a strong emphasis on session descriptions and key takeaways.

The deadline for your submission is January 10, 2025 at 5 PM EST.

All applicants will be informed of the status of their submission - whether accepted or not - by the end of January. The final agenda is slated for release in February 2025. Once available, it will be published on the event page and distributed via email.

The Executive Summaries Micro-Certification exam was easy to follow and clear in what was required. I found the learning materials to be very informative, and they will be a great tool to use while in the exam and for future executive summary tasks.
