APMP Foundation Level Certification Day | Sunday, May 18, 2025
APMP is offering a Foundation Level Certification Training and Exam at BPC Nashville. This is a separate registration from the event. This day-long intensive Foundation-level certification course includes lunch and will conclude with an in-person exam. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a bid and proposal environment. This is available as an in-person offering only. At its completion, candidates sit the paper-based, multiple-choice exam. Initial results (pass/fail) are delivered on the same day. The testing organization will formally process and confirm official results cis the APMG Candidate Portal within 2 working days of receipt of the exams.

Event Cancellation Policy
All BPC and Certification Day registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. Full refunds will be accepted until February 27, 2025. A refund of 50% of your original conference payment will be given for cancellations received by April 12, 2025. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted after that date. Submit all requests to APMP Member Value Team at [email protected]. APMP regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than May 9, 2025. After that time, no refund considerations will be made.
Registration substitutions are gladly accepted. A substitution is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of approval by the registration holder. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.

APMP is happy to offer our attendees a discounted group rate of $254/night for single/double occupancy traditional rooms.
The resort fee is $28 per night, plus tax and will be in addition to the room rate. All rooms are subject to 16.25% tax plus $2.50 per night city tax. Each additional person above double occupancy is an additional $20. Children 12 and under are free when occupying the same room as their parents.

Call for Presentations
The call for breakout presentation proposals closes on January 10, 2025, by 5 PM EST. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.
We seek vendor-neutral breakout sessions that provide actionable insights attendees can implement right away without needing specific services or products. Proposals promoting any particular service or product will not be considered.
Submission applicants will be notified of the status of their presentation proposals by early February 2025. The final agenda is slated for release in February 2025. Once available, it will be published in this section and distributed via email.

What is the BPC Happy Hour?

Is there a Regiception this year?
- Unfortunately, we won't be hosting a Regiception this year due to space and scheduling constraints. However, we've added another exciting networking event to ensure attendees have plenty of opportunities to connect and engage!
Does my registration include the TARA and BPC Happy Hour?
- Yes, your full conference registration grants access to all conference content, including meals and these two events.
