More Information About the DISCOUNTED Foundation and Practitioner Certification Exams 

APMP Foundation OTE Level Certification is the entry level for the APMP Certification program. The Foundation OTE is a 1-hour online, open-book exam. Go here for more in-depth information about your Foundation OTE online exam.

APMP Practitioner OTE Level Certification assesses the knowledge and skills demonstrating proficiency in proposal and bid management based on the APMP Competency Framework and Syllabus. Cost: $325 USD during APMP’s Signature Cert-a-thon promotion (through August 31, 2025).

APMP Capture Practitioner OTE Level Certification is a 2.5-hour online exam that involves a provided scenario and questions about that scenario. The Capture Practitioner exam assesses your knowledge and understanding of APMP best practices related to that scenario. For detailed information, please go here.
